[Cuis-dev] [VM-BUILD] 2021-08-25 for testing

Well I tried.
The 32bit version had build errors with both compilers.
The 64bit build completed without errors, but the usual
plethora of warnings, but the VecorGrahicsPlugin was not loaded,
although the DLL was there.

I will try with the latest VM and I will start
with the Windows builds.
