[Cuis-dev] [Wikipedia] Key features

I've read the draft.

Different people write differently. Sometimes I scribble isolated thoughts,
even scattered words (bottom-up), sometimes I write an outline which then I
proceed to fill (top-down), oftentimes alles zusammen.

I tried to edit the markdown and I remembered how much I hate it and its
syntax. And since it is the Wiki feature of GitHub, it is not
version-controlled by git, hence it becomes cumbersome, almost painful to
edit collaboratively except when adding new stuff, or for the most trivial
of amends. At least Wikipedia has a “Talk” meta side to it.

I've copied the draft contents to a Google Document
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-dpVKQ7ojJfq49ftc5kvws605NJNN7bAlRwF2vz3Yn8/edit?usp=sharing>
for myself, but each and everyone is invited to join and collaborate. Just
ask for editing permissions; meanwhile, at least for the time being, the
canonical source for gathering data and thoughts should still be the Wiki.
