[Cuis-dev] Wikipedia Draft, once again

Writing under such constraints is a hard and thankless job. So, thank YOU
for taking the lead.  Hopefully the review will happen sooner than in six
weeks. In the meantime, I'll keep adding to the talk section and only edit
the draft when it seems appropriate in order to keep this iteration short.

Regarding one of the last sentences:

It is not untrue but I'd try to rephrase that sentence. Please take a look
at the topic in the talk section

especially those directly involved with using Cuis in the classroom or
providing support tools.
