Yep. That's not clear yet. I don't need to say that I love
VectorGraphics, but I'm not sure it can replace BitBlt in all
circumstances. At least, I think we can make vector icons
(originally built from SVG files) work _without_ SVG support, just
VectorGraphics.<br>

Still, we'd first make them work, so we learn what's best, and only
then decide how to package them.<br>
