In the meantime you can make LineExampleMorph a subclass of MovableMorph. There were other issues in the book I fixed, the VectorGraphcis API to draw was simplified a few months ago. I updated the book accordingly, and push both html and pdf build online. Whenever you find other issues, you are welcome to report it there.
