13) World / Preferences... / Load all TrueType Fonts<br>

No walkbacks. No broken windows. System working correctly, and ready
to be explored. BTW, item 6) (clone additional repos) is not needed
at all to just run Cuis end explore the included features (including
VectorGraphics and TrueType).<br>

The mail list has a 200kb limit. You'd have got an email alerting
you that a message larger than that will not be sent to list
members.<br>

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that it is not needed. Please start anew,
carefully following the procedure on a new, empty folder. When you
get it running, everything will be easier.<br>
