Well, there is Roassal --

I haven't used it myself, but it does do quite a lot of variants
of data visualization. I'm guessing that it would take significant
work to port to Cuis, though.<br>

using gnuplot, from the command line. Generate some input files
for gnuplot from Smalltalk, invoke the gnuplot command line,
