<p>Out of curiosity, how do you select the changes you want in a
new change set? By just touching, empty edit and save a method
for example ? Or do you have another way to do it?</p>

In the FileList, select the file you are interested in, and click
[contents]. You'll get a tool named ChangeList. The top half has an
entry for each change in the file. The bottom pane shows the code,
diffing to actual version in image if any. Explore the buttons and
menu options, both on the list and on the code pane. It makes easy,
for example, to review and 'approve' the changes one by one, then
file them in (in the current ChangeSet in the image) and then
'remove up to date' from the list. The remaining ones still need to
be reviewed. Sometimes, I don't want yo just load the version in the
file, but compare, understand the differences, and edit a new
version in the Browser. I do that as well.<br>

This is an extremely useful tool. I guess you may have been through
much unneeded pain for not using it!<br>

Cheers,<br>
