part Vassili introduces a new construct ##() for compile time
evaluation; in the posted version this construct has been
replaced with #() which is apparently a typo and the example
wouldn’t work.

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, Vassili provides methods #scanAll:,
#isPrivateSelector and others as an addition to the existing
code with a heading “xxx method (added)” hinting the method is

this heading was removed and at least I was confused and
looked for some existing method :) I’m enclosing the original
article.
