Non-base packages you have loaded are more likely to be ones you are <br>
working on.<br>

Loading "over" these might be right or might be wrong.<br>

If someone else has changed a package, which you picked up with a <br>
`pullAllRepos` and you have changes as well, you can use the FileList <br>
and get a Code view to merge the changes, perhaps file out diffs, .. <br>
whatever.<br>

Sometimes "automagic" is the wrong thing to do. Perhaps a PopUp to give <br>
