For the Dybo document[1], the ones annotating PDF pages, see [2], I want the document to be saved on disk as reference stream, but I don't want its PDF part (a PageModel morph, in fact a Form, preview of a PDF page) to be included in the reference stream as it already exists on disk. I have some idea on how to persist a Document between reference steam and regular files, but I am interested to read other design ideas.
