<p>I think that #rotation: and #rotation:scale: are OK, as the set
the rotation used by the location. They are ok as they are.</p>
<p>I agree, though, that #rotateBy: should behave like the 'rotate'
halo handle, so I integrated yours. It is now at GitHub.</p>
