<p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm5" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;color:black;font-weight:normal;border:none;padding:3pt"><span class="gmail-tm6" style=""><font face="verdana, sans-serif" style="">I am new to Smalltalk, and to Cuis.</font></span></p><p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm5" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;color:black;font-weight:normal;border:none;padding:3pt"><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><span class="gmail-tm6" style="">On my first try to use Cuis I encountered an issue I thought I should mention - if only to understand what happened.</span></font></p><p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm5" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;color:black;font-weight:normal;border:none;padding:3pt"></p><ul><li><span class="gmail-tm6" style=""><font face="verdana, sans-serif">In Workspace tried: Transcript show: 'Hello, Cuis!'; cr.</font></span></li><li>I did not see any output showing "Hello, ....</li><li>I got a window headed: Error: primCreateDirectory: failed - Process: Morphic UI, followed by a list of messages eg. primitiveFailed</li><li>I fed this to AI which advised: add a folder to Cuis7-2-main calling it ‘Transcript’ .</li></ul><p></p><p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm5" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;color:black;font-weight:normal;border:none;padding:3pt"><span class="gmail-tm6" style=""><font face="verdana, sans-serif" style="">That handled it.</font></span></p><p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm5" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;color:black;border:none;padding:3pt"><span class="gmail-tm6" style=""><font face="verdana, sans-serif" style="">Mystifyingly, tonight I installed Cuis 7-2 at home on another debian system. It works for above - <u>without any adding/having a ‘Transcript’ folder! </u></font></span></p><p class="gmail-Normal gmail-tm6" style="margin:1pt 0pt 2pt;text-indent:0pt;border:none;padding:3pt"><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><br></font></p>
