For me, clicking on <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://meeting.cuis.st" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">http://meeting.cuis.st</a> takes me to a Jitsi app. In the app, I click on the "Wait for Moderator" button and get a new, basically identical screen, which indicates waiting. On this new screen, the blue, formerly "Wait for moderator?" button is relabeled "Login". I had not noticed this and just waited. My recollection is that Login options were Google and Git.
