[Cuis-dev] Creating missing messages

 good to see you here :-)

 There is no tool to implemente a message that does not "exists" from the
browser because the question would be "where should it be implemented?"
 But if you get a doesNotUnderstand: you can press the "Create" button in
the debugger and implement it from there.
 Does that help?
