[Cuis-dev] Debugger fix when changing #DoIt

Hi,
 attached is a fix related to changing #DoIt or #DoItIn: from the debugger.
 I also changed the verification order. It verifies if the selector is the
same or if you are changing #DoIt before checking if you are trying to
modify a block.
 I also added a new verification that checks that a quick method can not be
compiled in the stack base. Without this verification an error occurred if
you tried to do it.
