[Cuis-dev] Recreating the default Cuis desktop?

I'm working on a changeset that will cause any existing SystemWindow
instances to have problems and was wondering if we have or could have a
method to rebuild the default Cuis 'desktop'? (i.e. restart the taskbar,
close any open morphs and then create the default Transcript and TextEditor
(with the intro text) windows)  Was this all manually setup or does the
code to do it already exist somewhere?
