Things that used to work but no longer do:

1) Tab completion not in MessageSetWindow (i.e. when browsing
senders/implementors of methods)

2) Can't remove classes having symbol references of the same name (often
the symbol reference is just for a class existence check so it's valid for
the class to be deleted.)
