Hm, right, and it gets even more difficult to handle when people like me
don't use the refactoring stuff and just change the selector int he editor
and save it, and then delete the original method.

Makes me think that perhaps we should live with it as it is, and when we
create a private method we can expect that other people will be polite and
will avoid calling it... just like we can go out in the street and expect
that other people won't touch our private parts out of general politeness
and not because the laws of physics forbid it...
