[Cuis-dev] Indent/Outdent Conflicts

Recent changes to the shortcut keys in the editors conflict with Linux.

Alt-tab is defined to cycle to the next app.
Alt-shift-tab is defined to cycle to the previous app.

Xfce4 defines these in:
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml

It's not enough to edit this file. That only squelches one of the
shortcuts. How can I get rid of the other?
