[Cuis-dev] Improvement on AddParameter

Hi,
 attached is a small improvement on the AddParameter refactoring.
 It add ':' to the new keyword entered by the user if it did not have the
':' at the end.
 This change was also proposed as a student and after talking with some
smalltalkers it looked like a good idea.
