[Cuis-dev] Fix on definitionReplacingCategoryWith:

Hi,
 attached is a fix on this new method. Now it handles the case where the
new category can be nil.
 I also attach a cs with a new definition of ChangeRecord that was not
included in the previous cs I don't know why...
