[Cuis-dev] [Ann] nicer scaling of GUI elements

Hi Folks,

Inspired by recent work by Phil on recreating the Cuis about Window 
(thanks Phil), I played a bit with different font sizes, HiDPI, etc, and 
found several places we needed to improve the looks. I just pushed some 
updates and new images to GitHub. In large / huge fonts, especially if 
you install TrueType DejaVu sans, Window and Menu decorations, and 
Taskbar look quite better. I hope you like it.
