[Cuis-dev] Fix: Browser breaks when -> is redefined in a class

Hi,
 when #-> is redefined in the class side with a different behavior as the
#-> in Object the browser breaks.
 Attached is a fix for that. I also changed the implementation of #-> in
Object to just send the message #key:value: to Association instead of
sending #new and then #key:value
