[Cuis-dev] [ChangeSet] small improvements on Extract Temporary refactoring

Hi!

Attached a changeset with two small improvements on the extract
temporary refactoring:

* cannot extract the left side of an assignment
* allow to extract cascade expressions

Also attached a changeset for the tests package, including the tests for
those two changes.
