[Cuis-dev] Better class creation feedback

Hi,
 attached is a change set that provides better feedback when creating a
class directly in the source panel.
 With this change set the new created class is shown in the class list, if
the user cancels the creation the class is not created and if the provided
class definition has errors, they are shown to the user.
