[Cuis-dev] TheCuisBook chapter 2 review.

Hello everyone,

I'm helping with The Cuis Book and doing grammar/syntaxis reviews and I
noticed on this page
https://cuis-smalltalk.github.io/TheCuisBook/Messages-sends-definition.html
that 4 list items where created despite the source only having 3.

I wasn't able to find the cause of this so I'm hoping someone else can!

I also think we should comment on the drag&drop capabilities for package
installing on the page
https://cuis-smalltalk.github.io/TheCuisBook/Spacewar_0021-models.html

Right now we're telling the user the only way to install a package is
through the file list tool.
