[Cuis-dev] Cuis-Smalltalk bundles

Hi Hilaire,
 thank you for adding CuisUniversity to the book!
 There is one thing that should be mentioned but I'm not sure how.
CuisUniversity uses a special VM that I modified to support LiveTyping.
That VM is a stack VM, therefore it is slower than the Jit VM we usually
use and some people may think Cuis is slow if they do not know the
difference.
 I can add the jit vm to the CuisUniversity bundles and let the user select
which one to use, that could be a solution... what do you think?
