[Cuis-dev] [ChangeSet] minor changes to Refactorings

Hi!

The following changeset addresses:

* addition of some class comments (I'll be adding more in future changesets)
* extract new temporary variable validations to a separate object. This
will be helpful for the upcoming "extract to temporary" refactor I'm
working on, that will have the same validations than the existing
RenameTemporary refactor.
* small cleanups on helper methods of the ExtractMethod
