[Cuis-dev] Fix on Extract Method refactoring

Hi!

Attached is a changeset that fixes the case of quoted expressions (like `3
+ 4`) that were not possible to be extracted in the refactoring.

I created a PR for the updated version of the BaseImageTests package, as I
added a test for it.
