[Cuis-dev] [TheCuisBook] Getting started chapter

Hi,

I have been working on the chapter 'Getting started'  in part one of the
book, not yet finished though.

I will be interested by some informal feedbacks on this chapter (no
proof reading yet as major rewriting and complement may be need), about
the understanding and the progression. I try to introduce new concept
one at a time. If you have nice pedagogical short script idea, share! I
introduced Fibo and Caeser Cipher

The next chapter is about discovering the Browser and inspect through
the writing of a small application. If you have some idea to share, it
is welcome.
