[Cuis-dev] Artifact Weirdness

I am noticing some weird drawing artifacts.

Playing FreeCell from 'Morphic-Games-Solitaire', at times there are 
black vertical bars left when moving cards around.

This does _not_ happen when moving CardMorphs in Klondike, only in 
FreeCell.

This only happens sometimes.

It does not appear to matter if the cards are "click-then-dragged" or 
"mouse-down dragged".

Color me totally puzzled.
