[Cuis-dev] Halo fixes and shortcuts for message categories

There was a bug that sometimes miscomputed the position of the name string
at the bottom of halos. This fixes it and also improves it a little bit by
making sure that the label will be visible even when the morph is as big as
the whole world. Also it makes sure the halo stays at front.

The second change set adds a shortcut $r for reorganizing method categories
and $a for alphabetizing.
