[Cuis-dev] Use local origin/bounds

There are a number of places I noticed that `0 at 0` is being used to
represent things like #morphUpperLeft or manually reconstructing
#morphLocalBounds for no good reason that I can see.  It's a form of
hard-coding that makes things brittle.
