[Cuis-dev] Minor improvement in WebClient

Hi,
 due to yesterday's webinar about how to do web apps with Smalltalk I added
the possibility to debug http requests when using WebServer.
 To use it just do:
 aWebServer useDebugErrorHandler

 I also changed the exampleDoIt to support Smalltalk expressions in the URL
when doing a Get.

 The new WebClient version is in github.
