[Cuis-dev] StringRequestMorph

Hi,
I think the FillInTheBlankMorph is ugly, both how it looks and how it
works. I made a StringRequestMorph that could replace it. It is consistent
with the look of menus, and it is not modal (the caller doesn't wait for a
response, instead sets handlers for accept and cancel). Let me know what
you think.
