Preflight: 2020-05-21 14:00:00 UTC - 2020-05-21 15:00:00 UTC (Thursday)
Session:   2020-05-23 14:00:00 UTC - 2020-05-23 16:00:00 UTC (Saturday)

The session is the actual meeting. The preflight is for testing
microphone, connection and if the server works actually, maybe
a little bit Smalltalk (pun!).
