[Cuis-dev] Off morph extent

Hi,

On exploring circular toolbar...

To a morph I want to draw a transparent shadow, of course it is then a 
bit off the morph bounds, and it results in dirt (screenshot).

I could adjust the morph extent accordingly but it is annoying as it 
makes the layout of the inner morphs a bit more complicate.

Is there a preferable way to handle such situation?
