I will take a look.

To match the diversity of the host (ie CPU speed), an animation is 
programmed to be executed on a given amount of time. A fast host will 
output more frames, a slower ones fewer frames. Nevertheless, in the two 
hosts the animation will take the same amount of time to execute.
