[Cuis-dev] Can not click on the inspect halo of a menu item

Hi Juan,
 it is not possible to click on the inspect halo of a menu item (or any
other halo outside the menu morph).
 I think that happens since your changes to morph.
 I haven't tried to fix it, I figured it would be much faster if you try :-)
