[Cuis-dev] SVGMainMorph offset from hand when #openInHand

Hi Juan,

Great to have VectorEnginePlugin and newer hand morph image, but would 
like image more centered when #openInHand.

path := '/home/kend/Cuis-Smalltalk/SVG/SVGSampkes/tiber1.svg'.
(SVGMainMorph fromFileNamed: path) openInHand.
