[Cuis-dev] VectorEnginePlugin Testing

Greetings,

The VectorEnginePlugin is working fine on Aarch64/arm64 Linux.

One thing that could help toward release is testing on 
Windows/MacOS/Whatever platforms.

In particular, the non-Linux OSs.

Feedback to me or here and I will pass the info back to the 
vm-developers' list.

Please note the platform (OS + CPU).
