I made some structure changes and added a few topics.

Also added a few 'rules' to determine what goes toward the top of the page .
They are stated on the top of the page.

let me know, it is just a proposal, not imposition ;)

BTW. How do we add images to the wiki? I could put them in my servers, but
I think it is not a good idea  to link to external server repositories 
because they can do up/down
independently from the wiki itself.
