[Cuis-dev] Some scripts to run Cuis

Hi guys,

Since the script to start Cuis start to be quite long
i thought i would have done a good service to beginners (more beninnger 
than me)
to keep mine public.

It goes without saying you need to adapt it to your preferences, but
you can follow my sketch ;)

It is written in Ruby, i really dislike scripting in sh.

Why Ruby and not Python? Well, Ruby is text wrangling oriented by nature,
it is a like a ObjectOnly-Perl with a Repl. And it is a a Smalltalk 
inspired language ;)
