[Cuis-dev] Bizarre (un-understood?) behavior of Transcript

I was going to try it but i hit a roadblock:

World -> Open -> File list => HANGS Cuis

I am running with the lastest Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev and the VM: 202003021730
