[Cuis-dev] Inspector Fix

Hi,
 finally the reason Inspector>>#selectionPrintString was doing what it was
doing was because when nothing is selected or is selected the 2 index (all
inst vars) then the selection should not be printed as Text.
 Currently if you open an inspector and nothing is selected, it shows the
string '' when nothing should be shown.

 Attached is the fixed (already on github)
