If will do all of this, once the general layout is approved.
It would be best, if the instances of Preference were
categorized in a useful way. Currently this:

Preference allInstances anySatisfy: [ :pref | pref instVarNamed: 
#categoryList :: ~= #(misc) ]

yields false.


Did you try the 'Menus show section titles' option?
I would like to know what you think about
the additional section titles.
Once you have checked this option,
you have to open the preferences menu
again.
