[Cuis-dev] Announce. new package SerialPort

Hi guys,

I just completed a little but very useful package for SerialPort 
communication with Cuis.

As far as i can say it works, but i tested it only in Linux.

It is a repackaging + doc of a previous G.Arduino port from Squeak.
It adds nothing special, it is just easier to find and to start working 
with it.
