[Cuis-dev] AweSOM now on Cuis

Hello,

I recently had the motivation to fix the last
remaining failing tests.

The current state of affairs is, that the Cuis-AweSOM
port is working and as far as the stSOM testsuite can,
"correct" according to that testsuite now.
