[Cuis-dev] SQLite3 Adapter for Cuis Smalltalk

Hi,

I added an another try for a SQLite3 adapter for Cuis Smalltalk
it's based on the last SQLite3 package for Squeak.

All of the small number of tests pass and no segfaults
occure.

Highly experimental and I'll change things around.
I included the old package too and extracted the authors
for historical reference.

Anyway here is what I did:
